Distinctive elements of our educational project

The educational project at Agora Lledó International School is defined by 5 distinctive elements: the International Baccalaureate as a model for the future, multilingualism, STEAM, sport and a commitment to providing our pupils with the tools to grow as global citizens who can shape the world.

IB: An education for the future

IB: Un modelo de futuro

The International Baccalaureate® (IB) provides students with a comprehensive, well-regarded academic qualification, which is accepted by the world's most prestigious universities. The IB is an innovative program designed to develop key competences, enabling our students to achieve their academic, professional and personal goals within an international framework.

IB: An education for the future

Multilingualism

Multilingualism

Multilingüismo

We prepare our students for an international future. We offer a multilingual educational project, with linguistic immersion beyond English, which allows them to master the official languages along with English, French, German or Chinese. To complete the linguistic programme, international events, exchanges and stays in different destinations are available.

STEAM: Science and Arts

Música y expresión

Art and Science through STEAM abilities (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics) is a teaching approach that encourages group work and the integration of highly related skills. These five competencies are the key to the integral development of children since they provide enormous cognitive and personal benefits and enhance their communication skills.

STEAM: Science and Arts

Sport, Health & Fitness

Sport, Health & Fitness

Deportes y salud

Sports help to develop and promote values such as perseverance, self-improvement and teamwork, as well as strengthening social skills. At Agora Lledó International School we instil in our pupils a passion for sport and healthy lifestyle habits so that they become physically and emotionally balanced adults.

Shaping the world

Shaping the world

Children entering education today will graduate as young adults in 2030. Our mission is to prepare them for jobs that have not yet been created, for technologies that have not yet been invented, and to solve problems that have not yet been anticipated. We must encourage our young people to embrace and shape their own futures and to understand that they form part of a wider international community and are capable of shaping the world.
