Agora Lledó International School, among the 30 most leading and innovative schools in education in Spain
The Globeducate school, Agora Lledó International School, is one of the 30 best schools in Spain in terms of educational and technological innovation according to a study carried out by the newspaper El Español. This study has taken into account the use of new technologies or new forms of teaching.
The criteria that have placed the Lledó school among the most innovative schools have highly considered quality in differerent issues in teaching, such as, among others, membership of the EcoSchools environmental awareness project, the possibility of receiving professional music teaching at the Agora Lledó Music Conservatory or the reception programmes of foreign students from the Host Families programmes.
The increasing internationalisation of the educational system of the Lledó school is also evident as one of the attributes of innovation and quality of its teaching. The annual participation in the WIMUN conferences, which aims to simulate a real United Nations conference, is a good example. In addition, the Lledó school is the only school in the Province of Castellón that teaches two of the programmes of the International Baccalaureate® (IB), both the Diploma Programme (DP), whose results place Lledó as the best school in Spain for the third consecutive year and 5th in Europe, and the Primary Years Programme (PYP). In addition, the 3rd program, the Middle Years Programme (MYP), has been requested and is in the process of being implemented.
